The Board has resolved to meet the third Tuesday of the month at 5pm unless it is necessary to reschedule. Pursuant to Board bylaws re-scheduled meeting days and times will be posted at least seventy-two hours in advance of the newly scheduled meeting. The Board has resumed in-person meetings on-site at Vertus.
