Warrior Gala

The Warrior Gala is Vertus Charter High School’s signature annual fundraising event, bringing together business leaders, local companies, board members, friends of vertus and community members in support of our mission to Develop Men of Character.

2025 Warrior Gala Highlights

Our 2025 Gala on November 15, 2025 at Genesee Valley Club was a huge success.

  • 2025 Red Blazer Society Inductee/Honoree: Evan Gallina, Vertus Board Member, Partner Gallina Development
  • Funds Raised: Over $233,000 in support of personal year-round academics, strong relationships with students and their families, character education and career preparation for our students.

Attendance: 200+ guests

Student Involvement: Our students were involved throughout the evening as ambassadors, speakers and attendees

The annual Vertus gala provides a wonderful glimpse into Vertus’ work. Hearing from Levi and Julie talk about the Vertus Creed, and the student speaker who shared his story really outlined the mission of the school. Loved the video—and it was clear that even if attendees had never visited the school, they suddenly knew why Vertus is important for Rochester’s young men.
